Karl has a lifetime of experience and education in the inspection
& construction fields, including a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction from the University of Wisconsin –
Stout.
He has been a licensed Truth in Housing Evaluator / Home Buyer Inspector since 1994.
Karl also
meets the requirements for membership of the Minnesota Society of Housing Inspectors & American Society of Home
Inspectors.
Karl has been awarded the designation of Certified Real Estate Inspector by meeting the nationally
recognized requirements through field experience and education.
